<li>Salary of £39,823 – £47,434 per annum plus market premia and retention payments (DOE)</li>
<li>Potential earnings of up to £52,934 per annum (DOE)</li>

<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage a caseload of children and young people within the Children in Care Team</li>
<li>Complete statutory visits, assessments, care planning and permanence planning</li>
<li>Undertake direct work with children and ensure their voices are central to decision-making</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with families, carers and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>For This Role You Will Need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A recognised Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration</li>
<li>Successful completion of the ASYE programme and experience within statutory children's services</li>
<li>A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes</li>
<li>Strong assessment, safeguarding and relationship-building skills</li>
</ul>
