Talent Acquisition Specialist – 6-Month Contract
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team on a 6-month contract . You will support our growing hiring needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of business and corporate functions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment , partnering closely with hiring managers and taking ownership of recruitment from sourcing through offer.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and pre-onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, candidate profiles and recruitment priorities.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other sourcing channels .
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess experience, motivation, culture fit and suitability for the role.
• Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and upcoming hiring needs.
• Drive timely candidate and interview feedback from hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights and recommendations to support effective hiring decisions.
• Manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process, including compensation discussions and offer negotiations.
• Ensure recruitment activities and candidate information are accurately maintained in the ATS/Workable .
• Support and promote the Employee Referral Programme to strengthen internal referral pipelines.
• Assist with reference checks, recruitment documentation and other pre-employment requirements.
• Support recruitment reporting and other TA/HR initiatives where required.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline .
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment , either in-house or agency.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
• Confident communicator who is comfortable working directly with hiring managers and candidates.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency and follow-through.
• Familiarity with Workable or other ATS platforms would be advantageous.
• Available to commit to a 6-month contract .
