* Life Sciences - Engineering * Zürich * Contracting * Teilzeit, 100% * 05.10.2026 - 30.06.2027 * TrackWise, GMP, CAPA **Your Responsibilities** * Manage packaging engineering activities in collaboration with contract manufacturing organizations * Develop, review, approve and implement technical packaging specifications * Manage new and modified technical profile drawings, purchasing specifications and release specifications * Develop, test and qualify packaging components on packaging equipment * Support packaging process validation activities * Lead or own change controls, non-conformances, investigations and CAPA activities * Collaborate closely with Quality, Labeling, Supply Chain and external technical experts * Support the qualification of alternative packaging materials, component substrates, suppliers and manufacturing processes * Manage the implementation and standardization of packaging components * Support lifecycle management and continuous improvement activities for commercial products * Maintain and manage packaging-related bills of materials * Ensure the inclusion of regulatory serialization, authentication and corporate labeling requirements * Coordinate multiple technical deliverables while ensuring compliance, quality and timely execution * Work effectively across international teams, time zones and organizational boundaries **Your Profile** * Bachelor-s degree in engineering, packaging engineering or a comparable technical discipline * At least five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly regulated environment * Strong practical experience in pharmaceutical packaging engineering * Proven experience in developing and qualifying packaging components on packaging equipment * Strong knowledge of cGMP documentation requirements * Hands-on experience with TrackWise is essential * Experience managing change controls, deviations, investigations and CAPAs * Experience developing, reviewing or approving technical specifications and drawings * Knowledge of packaging process validation * Experience working with external manufacturing partners or CMOs is highly advantageous * Strong technical, organizational and project management capabilities * Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment * Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills * Fluency in English * Willingness to work fully on site
