Join Our Team We're looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment across the EMEA region. You'll partner with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience. What You'll Do • Manage full-cycle recruitment across EMEA from intake to offer. • Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies and selection decisions. • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles. • Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment processes through the ATS. • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and candidates. • Track key recruiting metrics and pipeline performance. • Support workforce planning and talent market discussions. • Ensure compliance with local employment and data privacy requirements. What You'll Bring • Extensive Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience. • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment. • Experience recruiting across multiple EMEA countries and functions. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
