The Role
We are seeking a Talent Specialist to provide vital support to our Corporate Talent Team and play an active role in shaping the future of our workforce. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their talent management career who is eager to grow, learn, and make an impact.
Talent Specialists are the backbone of our talent programs—documenting key conversations with business leaders, tracking development progress, and assisting with talent assessments, succession planning, performance reviews, and critical role analysis. You’ll become a trusted thought partner to your HQ Talent Team, helping translate strategy into action while building your expertise in Talent Management.
This is a hybrid role with at least 3 days onsite per week, though additional in-office time may be needed based on business schedules, This role requires you to be available to come in any of the five business days.
What You'll Do
• Provide coordination and administrative support to Corporate Talent Management Team across various departments and functions.
• Capture and document meetings between Talent Partner, Talent Manager and business leaders, highlighting themes around performance, skills, and development.
• Track learning and development program participation and outcomes to measure ROI and impact.
• Maintain accurate records of development plans, nine-box data, and talent review materials.
• Support the creation of materials for succession planning, workforce strategy, and performance reviews and discussions.
• Build strong working knowledge of Perry Homes’ talent tools, frameworks, and processes.
• Partner with Talent Development to ensure accurate documentation of training progress and completions.
• Collaborate with Field Talent Specialist to support crossover initiatives.
• Prepare and contribute to talent dashboards, reports, and insights for Talent leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field required.
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Learning & Development support roles.
• Familiarity with the nine-box framework and principles of talent assessment and succession planning.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects accurately and efficiently.
• Proven ability to connect talent strategy to workforce needs and long-term business goals.
• Strong written communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
