• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance.
• Obtain and analyze quotations to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with procurement requirements.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with approved budgets and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a structured corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier management.
• Proven negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor evaluation skills.
• Experience with purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP or procurement systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively across departments.
