Job Summary
• Shift Schedule: 2nd Shift (8 hours)
• Pay Range: $17.02 - $18
The Machine Operator sets up, operates, and maintains production machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs as directed.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and maintenance activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
Critical Skills & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and operate complex machinery.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards in a production setting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Physical Demands:
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, stoop, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to safely work around moving machinery and production equipment.
• Ability to maintain visual attention to detail and product quality.
