We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Delivery Lead to lead the delivery of strategic Salesforce initiatives while managing and developing a globally distributed team of Salesforce Administrators.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining agile delivery, Salesforce platform expertise and people management. You’ll help a cross-functional squad turn business priorities into well-planned, high-quality outcomes while creating the environment, structure and clarity the team needs to perform at its best.
As our Salesforce Delivery Lead, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and other key agile ceremonies
• Shape and maintain the Salesforce delivery roadmap based on business priorities, technology strategy and team capacity
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, blockers and changes throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Align squad priorities with Salesforce release cycles, platform upgrades and integration dependencies
• Lead and develop a globally distributed team of Salesforce Administrators
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance, goal setting and career development across the admin team
• Act as the primary escalation point for Salesforce administrative support issues
• Improve service quality, team effectiveness and delivery visibility through meaningful metrics and reporting
• Ensure requirements, acceptance criteria and sprint goals are clearly understood
• Maintain high standards across Salesforce security, compliance and platform best practice
• Coordinate releases, stakeholder communications and change management
• Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement and psychological safety
About You
You’re a confident delivery leader who knows how to bring people, priorities and technology together. You’re comfortable moving between strategic roadmap conversations, sprint-level delivery and day-to-day people leadership.
You’ll bring:
• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Project Manager
• Demonstrated people management experience, including recruitment, performance management and team development
• Experience delivering Salesforce projects or leading Salesforce platform teams
• A strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration and administration
• Experience working in an agile environment with frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus or LeSS
• Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional technology teams
• Confidence using Jira, Confluence, Service Desk and Advanced Roadmaps
• The ability to communicate clearly across technical and business audiences
• Experience delivering a major capability uplift or working within financial services or another regulated environment would be highly regarded
