Talent Acquisition Partner, Nurse Recruiting Location: Provo or Lehi, UT (Onsite) About Serenity Serenity Healthcare is one of the fastest-growing healthcare organizations in the country, operating more than 40 clinics across multiple states and continuing to expand rapidly. We provide life-changing treatments for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions through innovative therapies including TMS, ketamine infusion therapy, and medication management. The Opportunity Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the growth of our health clinics across the US. This role will focus on recruiting for IV Nurses. We are looking for a recruiter who has successfully recruited nurses and similar clinical support teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building candidate pipelines, moving quickly, and partnering closely with leaders to fill critical positions that directly impact business growth. What You'll Own • Full-cycle recruiting for nursing roles • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for high-volume hiring needs • Sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach • Screening and interviewing candidates to assess experience, professionalism, communication skills, and culture fit • Partnering with leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities • Managing recruiting activity, candidate flow, and hiring metrics within the ATS • Supporting hiring initiatives tied to the expansion of Serenity's clinical operations • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Participating in recruiting events, job fairs, and local talent attraction efforts as needed • Continuously improving recruiting processes to increase hiring speed and quality What Success Looks Like • Consistently filling nursing positions with quality candidates • Maintaining strong partnerships with hiring managers and operational leaders • Building proactive pipelines that reduce time-to-fill and support future growth • Achieving hiring goals in competitive labor markets • Contributing to improved retention through thoughtful candidate selection and effective hiring practices What We're Looking For • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required • Previous experience recruiting for nurse, healthcare scheduling, or similar clinical environments required • Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate engagement skills • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through Preferred Qualifications • Healthcare recruiting experience • Experience supporting rapid-growth organizations • Experience with Workable (ATS), LinkedIn, HireEZ, and other common recruiting tools We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
