Purpose Are you a creative graphic designer and digital marketer who excels at organizing visual assets and building engaging campaigns? We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to serve as the visual engine and national asset liaison for our Section Marketing Department. In this role, you will bring our brand to life across digital channels, social media platforms, web properties, and print collateral. In addition to creating original local designs, you will act as our team's curator for the national asset library, pulling and adapting the best enterprise assets for our regional needs, and serve as our direct liaison for requesting custom graphic design work from our national governing body. Working alongside our Media & Communications Manager and Events & Partnerships Manager, and reporting directly to our Director of Marketing, you will ensure our marketing is visually compelling, efficient, inclusive, and seamlessly aligned with national brand standards. Responsibilities • Visual Design & Asset Coordinator • Design digital graphics, social media assets, event signage, promotional flyers, and print collateral using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. • Monitor and filter the USTA National Asset Library to pull contextually relevant collateral, and serve as the central intake liaison for custom design requests sent to USTA National. • Ensure local creative meets brand compliance guidelines and coordinate co-branding requests with National shared services. • Integrate a thoughtful, intentional focus on diverse communities and underrepresented markets across all visual marketing collateral. • Digital Channels & Content Publishing • Partner closely with the Media & Communications Manager to brainstorm fresh campaign ideas, monitor emerging social media trends, and produce engaging organic content across digital platforms. • Build, launch, and manage targeted paid social media campaigns that directly drive program growth, expand grassroots participation, and advance strategic organizational priorities under the guidance of the Director of Marketing. • Perform routine website updates (i.e. tennisintheparks.com), page builds, and calendar maintenance on our Content Management System (AEM/WordPress). • Assemble and format monthly digital newsletters, promotional blasts, and community announcements. • Operations, Events & Analytics • Track digital campaign KPIs (web, social, email) and deliver engagement reporting to help optimize channel tactics. • Support on-site marketing logistics, collateral deliveries, photography, and short-form video capture at key regional events and tournaments. • Process and log incoming departmental marketing invoices to ensure timely payments to external vendors and print suppliers. • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on graphic design, asset coordination, and digital media experience (in-house, agency, non-profit, or sports organization preferred). • Design Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Canva. • Asset & Systems Savvy: Experience navigating digital asset libraries (DAMs), website CMS platforms (AEM or WordPress), and social media management tools. • Organization & Execution: Exceptional coordination skills to manage design requests, organize shared drives, meet tight deadlines, and adhere to brand guidelines. • Collaborative Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills to interface smoothly with local colleagues and national shared services teams. • Minimum qualifications: Must live in the New England Section. Must be able to travel to the Westborough, MA office at least once a week. Must be able to work some flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
