Essential Responsibilities: • Be a subject matter expert on D&B products and how they can be leveraged to fulfill a specific solution. • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs. • Manage the product throughout its lifecycle, from ideation to retirement. • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on strategic goals. • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and ensure successful development and delivery. • Engages with customers and sellers to gather feedback to validate product/feature hypothesis to ensure that products meet quality standards, user needs and expectations. • Keep abreast of latest market trends, perform research to understand customer’s needs, industry trends and competition landscape. • Collaboration with business leaders to develop business cases for new product capabilities for existing products. • Define and track key product metrics to measure product performance, trends, and risks to inform data driven decisions about areas for improvement. • Facilitate communication to stakeholders on product life cycle and roadmap. • Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. • Applies learning techniques and contributes to analysis and investigation to solve problems Handles escalation while also escalating and informing appropriately. Skills Needed: • At least 3 years’ experience of product manager experience within portions of Product Lifecycle Management process. • Experience with AI technologies such as; Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG), Human in the loop, etc... • Understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments. • Proven track record of managing some aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. • Analytical capabilities, results oriented, with proven ability to multitask and prioritize. • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, technology, and analytics teams. • Ability to shape business goals and translate into product requirements. • Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Aha, Trello). • Show an ownership mindset in everything you do. Be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action. Be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success. • Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs. • Where applicable, fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Independent, detail oriented, and a good team player. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills. Education: • Bachelor’s Degree with major in Business Administration, Technology or other related disciplines - Required • Advanced Degree - Preferred
