About the Role This position will responsible to IT hardware and software needed in Madiun Area. You'll work with high mobility and collaborating various role to support their IT needed Job Description: • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) • Setting up accounts for new users • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary • Doing a testing new technology • Experience to train junior staff • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar • 1-2 years of experience as an IT support specialist • Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks • Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users • Proficiency in IT helpdesk software, such as Freshservice and SysAid • Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics • Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills At Amartha, we are dedicated to creating a workplace that celebrates diversity, ensures equity, and fosters inclusion.
