• Design, build and maintain features for our growing tokenisation platform using TypeScript .
• Build responsive and scalable front-end applications using React and Next.js .
• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express/Next.js .
• Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions as the platform evolves.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering and other teams to shape solutions and deliver key initiatives.
• Collaborate on product development from initial ideas through to implementation and delivery.
• Continually improve the developer experience, code quality and engineering processes across our codebases.
• Build and maintain a strong culture of testing, documentation and engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges, identify practical solutions and follow through to completion.
• Share knowledge, contribute ideas and help the wider engineering team grow.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across different functions and locations.
• 4+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering or a closely related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, React and Node.js .
• Experience with Express and/or Next.js .
• Experience working with blockchain and EVM-compatible networks .
• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS and/or Azure .
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and/or MySQL .
• A good understanding of software architecture and a practical approach to solving technical problems.
• Strong focus on code quality, testing and documentation.
• Someone who takes ownership and is comfortable driving work from idea through to delivery.
• Comfortable working independently while knowing when to ask questions or seek support.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, digital assets, blockchain or digital market infrastructure would be an advantage
