<p>We are seeking <strong>experienced, engaging, and committed</strong> Healthcare Assistants to work regular weekly shifts with our teenage client. You will provide support to a young person with complex needs, autism, and learning disabilities, helping to ensure a safe, positive, and enriching daily experience. The ideal candidate will be reliable, dedicated to maintaining consistent shift attendance, and committed to learning our client's individual needs and preferences to deliver high-quality, person-centered support.</p>
