In this role, you will help strengthen how vendor relationships are governed across the business, supporting the structure, oversight, and commercial discipline needed to keep technology partners aligned with business goals. Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end IT vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, performance monitoring, renewals, and termination.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure vendors meet onboarding and governance requirements.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation.
• Maintain and monitor IT vendor contracts, SLAs, and contractual obligations.
• Track SLA compliance, identify service gaps, and coordinate remediation actions.
• Define and monitor vendor KPIs, maintain scorecards, and conduct periodic performance reviews and governance meetings.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions.
• Analyze vendor costs, pricing, and service consumption to identify optimization opportunities.
• Monitor vendor invoices and validate alignment with contractual terms and approved budgets.
• Ensure vendors comply with contractual obligations, internal policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support vendor risk management, performance improvement initiatives, and stakeholder escalations.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT vendor management, governance, contracts, or supplier performance management.
• Hands-on experience with contract and SLA management, including renewals, commercial negotiations, and cost optimization within an IT vendor management environment.
• Background working with managed services, outsourcing, software, infrastructure, or technology consulting vendors.
• Practical experience with vendor governance frameworks, KPI and SLA scorecards, periodic performance reviews, and structured vendor risk and compliance processes.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for vendor performance, SLA, KPI, and cost tracking, along with strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for reporting and governance documentation.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT leadership, GRC, and external vendors, including governance meetings, escalations, contract or renewal discussions, and issue resolution.
• Strong English proficiency for vendor communication, contracts, reporting, and coordination with international stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with contract management systems or vendor repositories.
• Experience building or using Power BI dashboards.
• CIPS, ITIL, or another recognized certification in vendor, contract, or supplier management.
