We are seeking multiple Quality Control Specialists to support manufacturing operations across several facilities in the North Houston area. These positions will play a critical role in ensuring product quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing quality assurance and inspection activities, with exposure to fabrication, welding, HVAC systems, or battery energy storage systems (BESS) preferred. Key Responsibilities • Perform quality inspections on materials, components, and finished products. • Ensure adherence to established manufacturing processes, procedures, and quality standards. • Identify defects, non-conformances, and process deviations. • Conduct root cause investigations and support corrective and preventive action activities. • Accurately document inspection results, findings, and quality records. • Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to resolve quality concerns. • Support continuous improvement efforts focused on product quality, efficiency, and process reliability. • Maintain compliance with company safety, quality, and operational requirements. • Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or a related field. • Strong understanding of inspection methods, quality standards, and process compliance. • Experience identifying defects or non-conformances and supporting corrective action processes. • Ability to review, document, and communicate technical information effectively. • Proficiency with quality documentation and reporting practices. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting fabrication, welding, HVAC, or BESS manufacturing operations. • Familiarity with dimensional inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management system environments. • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement training. • Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or equivalent quality certification.
