We are seeking an organised, proactive, professional, passionate and dedicated Office Manager to join our team in Marlborough. Whether in our vineyards, winery, operations, hospitality or support function spaces, every role at Cloudy Bay plays an important part in bringing our wines to life. This permanent, full-time position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Estate office while providing administrative support to the Estate Director and wider leadership team. About the Role This is a varied and collaborative position responsible for: • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Estate office • Providing high-level administrative support to the Estate Director • Coordinating meetings, events and travel arrangements • Managing office services and facilities administration • Supporting office processes and systems • Assisting the wider leadership team with administrative and organisational support You are someone who: • Enjoys variety • Builds positive relationships across teams • Takes pride in providing professionalism, reliable support and high-quality work • Brings energy, accountability, and a positive attitude • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team • Is eager to learn and continuously develop You will have: • Previous experience in office administration and office management roles • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • A professional, approachable and customer-focused style • High levels of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information • A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused approach • Strong Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams skills • Experience with SAP, Concur or similar business systems would be advantageous
