Cross Border Talents is searching for an experienced Site Supervisor for our client, an Israeli civil construction company. The client was selected is located in Bahamas for the installation of plumbing system in new resort unit. As Site Supervisor you will be responsible for: • Supervising and supporting the installation and testing of hydraulic works in the site • Lead multiple teams in different points of the installation; • Able to perform all hydraulic daily duties; • Will use drawings, technical manuals and manufacturer literature; • Able to use precision Measuring tools & instruments; • Provide wok instructions to assigned crews providing detailed technical and work instructions; • Prepare material tools, safety precautions for assigned jobs; • Ensures quality performance of all assigned work; • Prepare and deliver reports that summarize work activity. • Create or support installation documentation; • Handle site problem reports Requirements • Bachelor in Engineering (preferred) • Fluent English • At least 05 years of experience as Site Supervisor or similar role • Experience with pumbling system installation: domestic water, drainage, sanitary fixtures and water heaters • Able to deal with drawings, technical manuals and manufacturer literature • Experience providing wok instructions • Experience preparing material tools and safety precautions for assigned jobs • Availability to live in Bahamas during the project (01 year) Benefits • Salary (in Euro) • Accommodation and food allowance • Airline tickets (depart and return + holidays at the home country) • Visa sponsor • 01 year contract - can be renewable for the second phase of the project
