This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in a children's residential setting and looking to step up.</p> <p>They’re looking for someone passionate about promoting the well-being of others — and in return, they’ll help you build a rewarding and meaningful career.</p> <p><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way</li> <li>Assist the Deputy/ Registered Manager with staff supervision and development</li> <li>Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery</li> <li>Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations</li> <li>Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bonuses: In addition to your base salary you’ll do up to 3 sleep ins per months, these are paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £2,880 per year) and Attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year, £2,000 Regional Allowance, £1,500 Responsibility Allowance, £1,000 Welcome Bonus - on successful completion of probation &amp; £1,000 Loyalty Bonus</li> <li>Training: A full 4-week induction on our Care Academy</li> <li>Holiday: You’ll work hard at WG, so you’ll be rewarded with 7 weeks’ holiday</li> <li>Progression: If career development is your thing, most of our team leaders and managers have been promoted from within our group – plus you could join our ‘Aspire’ future managers programme</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p> <p>To be successful in this role you must have,&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Childrens Residential</li> <li>Car&nbsp;Driver</li> <li>Significant experience&nbsp;supporting people with complex needs</li> <li>Strong&nbsp;organisational and communication skills</li> <li>A positive, team-oriented attitude</li> <li>Role is not open to sponsorship</li> </ul> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Reasonable Adjustments:</strong></p> <p class="x_MsoNormal">If you consider yourself to have a disability or require any reasonable adjustment during the recruitment process or within the workplace, please highlight this at the earliest opportunity by contacting our team.
