<p><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way</li>
<li>Assist the Deputy/ Registered Manager with staff supervision and development</li>
<li>Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery</li>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations</li>
<li>Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p>
<p>To be successful in this role you must have, </p>
<ul>
<li>Diploma or NVQ Level 3 desirable and essential for some roles</li>
<li>Car Driver</li>
<li>Significant experience supporting people with complex needs</li>
<li>Strong organisational and communication skills</li>
<li>A positive, team-oriented attitude</li>
<li>Role is not open to sponsorship</li>
