<li>Oversee foster carer recruitment, assessments, reviews, and development. </li>
<li>Ensure compliance with fostering regulations and safeguarding standards. </li>
<li>Contribute to service development and quality improvement. </li>
<li>Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people. </li>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">To be successful in this role you must have;</span> </p>
<ul>
<li>Qualified Social Worker with <strong>Social Work England registration</strong>. </li>
<li>Minimum <strong>5 years' post-qualified experience</strong> within children's social care. </li>
<li>Previous experience supervising or managing social work teams. </li>
<li>Strong knowledge of fostering services, safeguarding, and relevant legislation. </li>
<li>Full UK driving licence preferred </li>
