You will be responsible for assessing needs, planning interventions and implementing support plans to safeguard children and improve outcomes for families. Working in partnership with children, families and multi-agency professionals, you will ensure that children receive the right support at the right time. Key responsibilities include: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Undertaking assessments of children and families</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Managing a varied caseload of children subject to Child in Need, Child Protection and Public Law proceedings</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Developing and reviewing care and support plans</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Working collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard children</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Building positive relationships with children, young people and families</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Completing high-quality assessments, reports and court documentation where required</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensuring interventions are child-focused, strengths-based and outcome-driven</li> </ul> <h2>About You</h2> We are looking for passionate and committed social workers who are motivated to deliver excellent services for children and families.
