<p>Are you a skilled and committed social worker looking to make a real difference in safeguarding children and young people?</p>
<p>Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a Safeguarding Team based in Northampton. In this role, you will carry out robust assessments, manage complex child protection cases, and work closely with families and multi-agency partners to ensure children are safe and supported. You’ll play a vital role in delivering timely interventions, progressing care plans, and achieving positive outcomes for children at risk of harm.</p>
<p>About You</p>
<ul>
<li>Social Work England registered</li>
<li>2 years post-qualified, with a completed ASYE</li>
<li>Experienced in child protection, safeguarding, and statutory interventions</li>
<li>Skilled in managing risk and making sound professional judgments</li>
<li>A confident communicator and team collaborator</li>
<li>Committed to best practice and continuous development</li>
