<li>Managing a caseload of looked after children</li>
<li>Completing care planning and pathway plans</li>
<li>Working closely with foster carers, families, and partner agencies</li>
<li>Attending reviews, court proceedings, and multi-agency meetings</li>
<li>Ensuring all work is in line with statutory requirements and best practice</li>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">To be successful in this role you must have;</span> </p>

<li>Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered)</li>
<li>Strong experience within LAC / Children in Care teams</li>
<li>Good knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks</li>
<li>Ability to manage workloads effectively and work independently </li>
