<p>Team: Family Support & Safeguarding<br>Salary: £41,958 - £44,822 (dependent on experience) + Retention bonus <br>Locations: <strong>Wisbech, Ely, Cambridge and Huntingdon</strong></p>
<p><strong>About the role</strong><br>Our Children’s Social Workers use person‑centred approaches to ensure children, young people and families have choice, voice and control over their support. We are passionate about making a real difference, maintaining high professional standards and embracing continuous learning in a supportive and forward‑thinking environment.</p>

<p><strong>About you</strong><br>You will be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, <br>Experience in safeguarding or frontline teams<br>Confident in building relationships, curious in your practice and motivated to improve outcomes for children and families. <br>You must be able to work flexibly across locations and travel independently throughout the county.</p>
