<p>Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Social Worker to join its client’s specialist Family Assessment Centre, based in Hendon.</p>
<p>This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Children’s Social Worker to work within a specialist Mother & Baby Family Assessment Centre, supporting vulnerable children and families. The role offers the chance to move away from Local Authority caseloads while continuing to make a meaningful impact on safeguarding, assessments, and positive outcomes for families. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to comprehensive parenting assessments and provide support to parents and infants in a residential setting.</p>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What will your responsibilities be?</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Undertake evidence-based parenting assessments</li>
<li>Support families through residential assessment programmes</li>
<li>Safeguard children and promote positive outcomes</li>
<li>Liaise with Local Authorities, courts and partner agencies</li>
<li>Prepare detailed assessment reports and recommendations</li>

<li>Social Work qualification and registration</li>
<li>Children's safeguarding experience</li>
<li>Experience working with complex families</li>
<li>Strong communication and report-writing skills</li>
<li>A passion for supporting children and parents </li>
