<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work directly with children, young people and families to achieve positive outcomes.</li>
<li>Complete assessments, intervention plans and reviews.</li>
<li>Undertake Child in Need, Child Protection and Looked After Children's work.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with families using a restorative approach.</li>
<li>Work closely with partner agencies to coordinate support and deliver effective interventions.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>For This Role You Will Need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, CQSW, DipSW or equivalent).</li>
<li>Registration with Social Work England.</li>
<li>Successful completion of ASYE.</li>
<li>Previous experience within Children's Frontline Services.</li>
<li>A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.</li>
</ul>
