<h3>The Role</h3>
<p>As a member of the Support & Safeguarding Team, you'll work with children and families who require longer-term support, intervention, and protection.</p>
<p>Your responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Managing a diverse caseload of Child in Need, Child Protection, and Public Law cases</li>
<li>Building strong, trusting relationships with children and families to create sustainable change</li>
<li>Undertaking assessments, care planning, and direct interventions to safeguard children</li>
<li>Working closely with partner agencies to deliver effective multi-agency support</li>
<li>Contributing to court work and statutory processes where required</li>
<li>Supporting children to remain safely within their families wherever possible</li>
</ul>

<p>We're looking for passionate and dedicated practitioners who are committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable children and families.</p>
<p>You'll need:</p>
<p>✔ Social Work England registration<br>✔ A recognised Social Work qualification<br>✔ Completion of ASYE<br>✔ Experience within Children's Social Care, safeguarding, or family support services<br>✔ Strong assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills<br>✔ A commitment to high-quality, child-centred practice<br>✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle</p>
