<h3>The Role</h3>
<p>As a member of the Support & Safeguarding Team, you'll work with children and families who require longer-term support, intervention, and protection.</p>
<p>Your responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Managing a diverse caseload of Child in Need, Child Protection, and Public Law cases</li>
<li>Building strong, trusting relationships with children and families to create sustainable change</li>
<li>Undertaking assessments, care planning, and direct interventions to safeguard children</li>
<li>Working closely with partner agencies to deliver effective multi-agency support</li>
<li>Contributing to court work and statutory processes where required</li>
<li>Supporting children to remain safely within their families wherever possible</li>
</ul>

<p>You'll need:</p>
<p>β Social Work England registration<br>β A recognised Social Work qualification<br>β Completion of ASYE<br>β Experience within Children's Social Care, safeguarding, or family support services<br>β Strong assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills<br>β A commitment to high-quality, child-centred practice<br>β Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle</p>
