<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage a caseload of Children Looked After, supporting them to achieve permanence and positive outcomes.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with children, carers and families using a restorative approach.</li>
<li>Complete assessments, care planning and statutory visits.</li>
<li>Prepare reports, care plans and court documentation where required.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>For This Role You Will Need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, CQSW, DipSW or equivalent).</li>
<li>Registration with Social Work England.</li>
<li>Successful completion of ASYE.</li>
<li>Previous experience within Children's Frontline Services.</li>
</ul>
