<h3>The Role</h3>
<p>As a Social Worker or Senior Social Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families through effective safeguarding practice and relationship-based social work.</p>
<p>You will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage a varied caseload of children and families requiring support and intervention</li>
<li>Undertake assessments, planning, and direct work to ensure children remain safe and achieve positive outcomes</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with children, families, and partner agencies</li>
<li>Contribute to child protection planning and statutory interventions where required</li>
<li>Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary Family Safeguarding model to deliver meaningful and lasting change</li>
</ul>

<p>We're looking for motivated and dedicated practitioners who are committed to delivering high-quality social work and making a difference to children's lives.</p>
<p>✔ Registered with <strong>Social Work England</strong><br>✔ Qualified Social Worker with a recognised Social Work qualification<br>✔ Completed the <strong>ASYE programme</strong><br>✔ Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required<br>✔ Enhanced DBS clearance</p>
