Liquid Personnel is seeking a skilled Children’s Social Worker for our client to join an Outstanding-rated safeguarding service committed to relationship-based, child-focused practice. You will manage a caseload of no more than 16 children across Child in Need, Child Protection and pre-proceedings work. The service provides strong management oversight, regular supervision and access to specialist support when cases become complex. The working pattern includes two days per week at home, alongside three days in the office or community to support collaborative working and consistent relationships with families.
