<p><strong>Duties as an Assessment Social Worker:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage caseloads dependent upon experience, grade of post and complexity of cases, utilising specialist knowledge for appropriate interventions, needs assessments, care planning and child protection investigations</li>
<li>Provide high quality casework and service to vulnerable children and families</li>
<li>Complete child & family assessments and section 47 enquiries</li>
<li>Write SMART CIN, CP and LAC plans</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements as an Assessment Social Worker:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Social Work England registration</li>
<li>Eligible to work in the UK</li>
<li>Post-qualified experience</li>
<li>Degree level or equivalent in Social Work</li>
