You'll: <ul> <li>Manage a varied and rewarding caseload across Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Looked After Children (LAC) services.</li> <li>Complete high-quality assessments, care planning, and interventions that deliver meaningful outcomes.</li> <li>Build trusted relationships with children and families while ensuring their voices remain central to decision-making.</li> <li>Lead safeguarding processes, chair CIN and Core Group meetings, and contribute to court proceedings where required.</li> <li>Work closely with education, health, police, and other key partners to deliver coordinated support.</li> <li>Support and mentor ASYE and student social workers, sharing your expertise and helping others develop.</li> </ul> <h3>What We're Looking For</h3> We're seeking passionate and resilient practitioners who are committed to achieving the best outcomes for children and families.
