<p>Working within the innovative <strong>Family Safeguarding Model</strong>, you'll collaborate with specialist professionals including domestic abuse practitioners, recovery workers, and mental health experts to provide holistic, family-focused interventions that create meaningful and lasting change.</p>

<li>Completing high-quality statutory assessments and child protection investigations</li>
<li>Building strong relationships with children, families, and partner agencies</li>

<li>Supporting children and families through periods of change and transition</li>
<li>Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and excellent practice</li>

<p>We're looking for passionate and motivated practitioners who are committed to delivering outstanding social work and helping children thrive.</p>
<p>To be successful, you'll need:</p>
<p>✔ A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent)<br>✔ Current registration with <strong>Social Work England</strong><br>✔ Experience working within children's social care services<br>✔ Strong assessment, safeguarding, and risk management skills<br>✔ The ability to work collaboratively with families and multi-agency partners<br>✔ A commitment to high-quality practice and continuous professional development</p>
