This role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred support that promotes safety, stability, emotional wellbeing, and positive life outcomes. <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Provide consistent, person-centred care and support to young people in line with their individual care plans.</li>
<li>Promote independence, education, emotional well-being, and positive social development.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively within a trauma-informed, values-led team to deliver therapeutic care approaches.</li>
<li>Contribute to maintaining a safe, stable, and supportive residential environment.</li>
<li>Build trusting relationships with young people and encourage engagement in daily routines and activities.</li>
<li>Participate in shift work, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in duties, as required.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Qualifications and Requirements</strong></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Level 7 qualification or higher in Applied Social Care or a related discipline (CORU-approved or eligible).</li>
<li>Full, clean manual driving licence.</li>
<li>Willingness to work a flexible rota, including sleepovers and unsocial hours.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.</li>
<li>Commitment to safeguarding, professional standards, and the rights of young people.</li>
