<p><span data-contrast="auto">Liquid Personnel is recruiting a</span><span data-contrast="auto"> Social Care Worker and Senior Social Care Worker</span><span data-contrast="auto">, based in Louth.</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Purpose of the Role<br><br></span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">We are seeking a committed and experienced Senior Social Care Worker and SCW to support children with intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and autism in a respite setting.<br>This role focuses on delivering person-centred care that meets the practical, physical, and emotional needs of each individual, supporting their development, independence, and overall wellbeing.</span><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><br><br>Key Responsibilities</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support</li> <li>Coordinate and lead shifts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations</li> <li>Supervise and support staff members on duty</li> <li>Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team</li> <li>Report to the Person in Charge and deputise when required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Level 7 qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Nursing, Teaching, Childcare (with disability modules), or a related discipline</li> <li>Minimum 2 years’ experience working in residential, respite, or day services supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities</li> <li>CORU registration, or currently in the process of obtaining registration</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role</li> </ul> <p><strong>Diversity &amp; Inclusion<br></strong><br>We are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace where diversity is valued.
