Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Care Worker and Senior Social Care Worker, based in Louth. Purpose of the Role We are seeking a committed and experienced Senior Social Care Worker and SCW to support children with intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and autism in a respite setting. This role focuses on delivering person-centred care that meets the practical, physical, and emotional needs of each individual, supporting their development, independence, and overall wellbeing. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support</li> <li>Coordinate and lead shifts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations</li> <li>Supervise and support staff members on duty</li> <li>Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team</li> <li>Report to the Person in Charge and deputise when required</li> </ul> Essential Qualifications & Experience <ul> <li>Level 7 qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Nursing, Teaching, Childcare (with disability modules), or a related discipline</li> <li>Minimum 2 years’ experience working in residential, respite, or day services supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities</li> <li>CORU registration, or currently in the process of obtaining registration</li> </ul> Desirable <ul> <li>Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role</li> </ul> Diversity & Inclusion We are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace where diversity is valued.
