<li>Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)</li>
<li>5+ years managing registered care homes</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of CQC regulations</li>
<li>Experience with complex medical needs</li>
<li>Valid UK driving licence</li>
