<div> Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Social Worker to join its client’s Children with Disabilities Service team, based in Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join a specialist Children with Disabilities team, supporting children and young people with complex needs and helping to deliver positive outcomes for them and their families. In this role, you will manage a varied caseload of children and young people with disabilities, undertaking assessments, developing tailored care and support plans, and ensuring that safeguarding responsibilities are met.
