<p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Job Description:</strong></p>
<p>Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist to lead therapy provision at a specialist school in Chigwell, on behalf of a private provider.<br> <br>This is a leadership role within a therapeutic education setting, offering the opportunity to shape service delivery, mentor junior clinicians, and maintain a hands-on clinical caseload.</p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the delivery of high-quality OT services across the school</li>
<li>Supervise and support junior therapists</li>
<li>Conduct complex assessments and develop advanced intervention plans</li>
<li>Collaborate with senior education and care staff</li>
<li>Represent OT in multi-agency meetings and contribute to EHCP reviews</li>
<li>Drive service development and uphold clinical standards</li>
</ul>

<p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal">To be successful in this role you must have, </p>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Occupational Therapy</li>
<li>HCPC registration</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in paediatric or SEN settings</li>
<li>Proven leadership and supervision experience</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of sensory integration and therapeutic models</li>
<li>Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills</li>
</ul>
