<p><span data-contrast="auto">Liquid Personnel is recruiting a</span><span data-contrast="auto"> Children Residential Support Worker</span><span data-contrast="auto"> to join its client’s </span><span data-contrast="auto">team, based in Staffordshire.</span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What will your responsibilities be?</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Work collaboratively within a therapeutically informed environment, supporting young people/adults by using guidance from psychological consultation, training, and supervision.</li>
<li>Implement low-level psychological interventions modelled by the psychologist, helping residents develop emotional regulation, coping strategies, and positive daily routines.</li>
<li>Contribute to psychologically informed care planning, observing and communicating residents’ needs and progress to ensure support is aligned with therapeutic recommendations.</li>
<li>Promote a safe, supportive, and empowering living environment, using relationship-based practice and understanding individuals’ perceptions of difficulty in line with the service’s therapeutic model.</li>
<li>Engage residents in meaningful activities and group work, encouraging participation, social development, and a sense of wellbeing within the residential setting.</li>
