This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys community-based practice and supporting adults to maximise independence, improve wellbeing and achieve their personal goals. The successful candidate will provide specialist Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions, working alongside service users, carers and wider professionals to deliver safe, person-centred outcomes.
