<p><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its clients Paediatric Community at Lewisham for&nbsp;supporting children and young people with physical disabilities, complex needs, learning disabilities and mental health challenges. You’ll manage a varied community caseload, carrying out home‑based functional assessments, recommending equipment and adaptations, and providing guidance to families, carers and partner agencies.<br></span></p> <p><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Home &amp; community assessments&nbsp;for daily‑living needs</li> <li>Equipment &amp; adaptation recommendations&nbsp;to promote independence</li> <li>Training carers&nbsp;in safe and effective use of equipment</li> <li>Multi‑agency collaboration&nbsp;and onward referrals</li> <li>Safeguarding duties&nbsp;within the paediatric service</li> <li>Participation in duty rotas</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p> <p>To be successful in this role you must have,&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>A degree in <span class="markggxp8vhm3" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Occupational</span> Therapy is essential.</li> <li>You must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)</li> <li>If you’re an experienced OT with strong paediatric or community skills, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reasonable Adjustments:</strong></p> <p>If you consider yourself to have a disability or require any reasonable adjustment during the recruitment process or within the workplace, please highlight this at the earliest opportunity by contacting our team.
