<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Deliver high-quality, evidence-based OT interventions</li>
<li>Assess and support pupils with sensory, motor, and functional needs</li>
<li>Develop and implement individual therapy plans</li>
<li>Collaborate with education and care teams to embed therapeutic strategies</li>
<li>Contribute to EHCPs and attend review meetings</li>
<li>Promote independence and participation in school life</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Occupational Therapy</li>
<li>HCPC registration</li>
<li>Experience working with children or young people with SEN</li>
<li>Knowledge of sensory integration and functional assessments</li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li>
<li>Commitment to safeguarding and therapeutic best practice</li>
