We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Urgent Care Veterinarian to join our dynamic veterinary team in Indianapolis, IN. In this vital role, you will provide prompt, high-quality medical care to a diverse range of animals requiring urgent attention. Your expertise will help stabilize critical patients, perform emergency procedures, and deliver compassionate care while working in a fast-paced environment. Duties • Join a fast-paced emergency veterinary practice with no overnight shifts • A supportive and collaborative team environment with 4-5 experienced nurses per DVM • A commitment to diversity and inclusion in veterinary medicine • No tolerance policy for abusive clients • Assess and triage incoming emergency cases with confidence and professionalism • Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans for urgent cases • Administer anesthesia, including general anesthesia, with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques • Conduct veterinary surgeries and procedures such as wound management, fracture repairs, and soft tissue surgeries • Manage critical care cases, including intensive monitoring and supportive therapies for critically ill animals • Maintain high standards of professional ethics and adhere to clinical ethical guidelines throughout all treatments Join us in delivering urgent veterinary services that save lives and bring relief during critical moments.
