This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable OT with strong assessment skills and experience supporting adults with complex physical needs.<br><br></div>
<div class="x_elementToProof"><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Complete functional assessments to determine equipment and adaptation needs</li>
<li>Recommend and arrange suitable equipment, minor adaptations, and home modifications</li>
<li>Work closely with service users, families, carers, and partner agencies</li>
<li>Produce clear, high-quality clinical reports and Care Act–compliant documentation</li>
<li>Contribute to safe, effective discharge planning where required</li>
<li>Support independent living within the community</li>
</ul>
<div class="x_elementToProof"><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>HCPC registered Occupational Therapist</li>
<li>Previous experience in equipment, adaptations, moving & handling, or physical disabilities</li>
<li>Strong clinical reasoning and risk assessment skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage a varied community caseload</li>
</ul>
