<p>Our client is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Social Care team in Nottingham on a locum basis. This is a community-focused role where you will deliver assessments and interventions that promote independence, reduce reliance on care packages, and ensure safe and effective moving and handling practices.</p>
<p><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assess and prescribe moving and handling equipment to meet individual needs</li>
<li>Deliver single-handed care solutions to promote independence and reduce care reliance</li>
<li>Review and reduce packages of care through effective assessment and intervention</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with colleagues across health and social care services</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records in line with professional and statutory requirements</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p>
<p>To be successful in this role you must have, </p>
<ul>
<li>Degree/MSc in Occupational Therapy</li>
<li>HCPC Registration</li>
<li>Experience in Adult Social Care</li>
<li>Proven ability in assessing and prescribing moving and handling equipment</li>
<li>Experience in single-handed care approaches</li>
<li>Skilled in reviewing and reducing care packages</li>
<li>Experience with Liquid Logic preferred</li>
