An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join Porth Ceredigion. Working within the community Occupational Therapy service, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based, person-centred interventions that help adults and older people maximise their independence, safety, and quality of life. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, completing specialist assessments, recommending equipment and housing adaptations, and supporting individuals to achieve meaningful outcomes within their own homes and communities.
