<p>Liquid personnel are currently recruiting for a Lead practitioner to join a multi-agency child protection team on a permanent basis in the west midlands.</p>

<p><strong>Main duties </strong></p>
<p>As a Lead Practitioner you will be the example of good practice within the team, you will provide consultation, oversight and supervision across the team. Your main duties will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Take the lead in CP and strategy meetings</li>
<li>Have oversight of s.47 enquiries and child protection plans</li>
<li>Lead CP conferences</li>
<li>Lead reflective and group supervision with the team</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Key requirements</strong></p>
<p>If you are a qualified social worker with a minimum of 4 years post qualified experience within children and family services, then we want to hear from you. To be considered for this role you must be:</p>
<ul>
<li>Registered with SWE</li>
<li>Experienced working within children and family services as a social worker</li>
<li>Eligible to work in the UK</li>
<li>A UK driving licence holder</li>
</ul>
