<li>A caring nature and a genuine desire to help others</li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li>
<li>Relevant qualifications (QQI Level 5 or equivalent)</li>
<li>Full, clean driving licence preferred</li>
<li>Previous experience is welcome</li>
