<p><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></p>
<p>To be successful in this role you must have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s home</li>
<li>Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)</li>
<li>Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)</li>
<li>A Full UK Driving Licence</li>
<li>A genuine passion for helping young people flourish</li>
</ul>
